Avocados for Your Skin

Avocados for Your SkinWhen it comes to skin care, new products pop out here and there. The secret to healthy skin is quite simple. Most of the commercial products you find in the market often boast of naturally made products when there are ways for you to get the same nutrients in your home.

Avocado is a fruit high in antioxidants and is known to provide healthy skin. Rich with Vitamin E, B6, B9 and other nutrients, the avocado promotes cell development and growth. For your tired skin, dry and flaky or oily skin, you can use this fruit recipe to give you glowing skin.

A simple skin recipe involves slices of avocado and coconut milk. Mash the avocado and mix with the coconut milk to make into a paste. Place the paste over your face as a mask. Leave it on for 30 minutes to let the antioxidant qualities and vitamins work on your skin. For best results, do this twice or thrice a week before sleeping.
