Ayeasta, Probiotic Antioxidant Blend, Product Review

Ayeasta If you follow antioxidant-fruits.com regularly, then you probably have heard of Ayeasta.  We’re doing a giveaway on Ayeasta for the month of June 2012.  We also interviewed one of the founders, Pete Nipp, on the blog yesterday.  Before I decided to do all of that – I asked for product.  So Pete sent me two bottles of Ayeasta to try out.

I have taken probiotics for a number of years now.  I also like fruit, could you tell?  I have always been a fan of the aronia berry, so when Pete of Ayeasta approached me about wanting to try out the product, I was game.  Genius!  To combine a powerful antioxidant like the aronia berry and a probiotic – making a potent new generation of probiotics.

Ayeasta is a made from lactic yeast also includes the powers of the Aronia Berry in every dose!

Some nutritional benefits of the aronia berry include:

  • Polyphenols
  • Anthocyanins
  • Quinic Acid
  • Vitamins
  • Minerals
  • Flavonols

Ayeasta pills powder

As recommended by Ayeasta, I doubled my dose of it the first week, so I took 4 pills a day and then reduced it down to 2 pills a day.  Ayeasta seems to be doing the trick – I am not having problems in the stool department.  Of course, I think the only truly appropriate way to review a product like this is to do a clinical study with blood work and a number of patients.  So, consider this more of a product feature.  I don’t feel any worse from taking Ayeasta and I certainly feel good because I am not stopped up!

The capsules are small and are easy to swallow – I know some folks’ have problems swallowing large pills.  So you can also empty the capsules into your favorite yogurt, smoothie, etc. to get the nutrients and benefits that way.

Here’s a short video I did to feature Ayeasta:
