When Just Tomatoes, Etc! sent us a goodie bag for bloggers, they included their Just Strawberries Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder.
It is JUST strawberries that are freeze dried.
They’re perfect for dusting on:

- glazes

They also make organic strawberry powder.
All of their freeze dried products are flash frozen and then a vacuum is used to extract the water. As a result, the strawberries keep their color, nutrients and flavor. They are also considered raw because they’re never exposed to temperatures above 90 degrees.
