The Guava
The Guava is scientifically named as Psidium Guajava and it grows in the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia. The guava is a storehouse of nutrients and over-shadows all other antioxidant fruits.
The guava has an array of health benefits much more than any other fruit could offer. It has a Vitamin C, Vitamin A, B and minerals like Protein, Carotenoids, Iron and Potassium. It is high in dietary fiber and also acts as a disinfectant with its anti-bacterial properties. The guava is an astringent as well providing you with strong teeth, fresh breath and healthy gums.
The guava has a hypoglycemic nature that regulates the blood pressure of the body. It reduces cholesterol in the blood as well as it can combat and prevent diabetes, scurvy, reduces the risk of having cancer system and is a great remedy for losing weight.
