Juicers are ideal for anyone that is nutritionally conscious about their daily diet. Fresh and raw fruits and vegetables are essential in our daily diet to help with overall need of vitamins and minerals as well as digestive health. Cooking or canning fruits and vegetables can destroy some of the nutrients that are found in raw foods. Believe it or not, three 8-oz. glasses of juice can provide the same benefits of vitamins, minerals, bioflavinoids and enzymes that are in three pounds of fruits and vegetables!

Many drink a glass of juice before a meal because juice appeases the appetite and therefore eliminates the desire for high-calorie foods, starches and foods high in sugar.

Very well written and informative...

It's true that it's never easy to choose one from the other but I think the best way in choosing the perfect juicer for a person's need is to consider where they'll be using it; will they be juicing more fruits than green leafy veggies or otherwise.

Durability and performance are both important and I think people shouldn't be tempted by all the features and concentrate more on how well it does with the basic functions. There are many places where people can check out user reviews online before buying a juicer (lots of youtube videos that they can watch!).
